• Processing Schedule: Orders are carefully prepared by our small team Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays).

• Standard Items: Typically processed for shipment within 4 to 5 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description.

• U.S. Customers (Duty-Free): To ensure our American customers never pay extra duties or taxes, all orders to U.S. addresses are fulfilled directly through our U.S. distribution center.

• U.S. Delivery Window: While we work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible, please allow up to 15 business days for shipment, depending on local inventory availability.
